Mass murder used steroids and ECA before committing crimes

Anders Behring Breivik was charged with murder of 70 persons. He bombed governmental buildings in Oslo (Norway). Several teenagers of the Workers’ Youth League camp were also killed by him on Utoya island in July 2011.
