Steroid use by actors that play in “Conan the Barbarian”, “Thor” and “Captain America: The First Avenger”

Anabolic steroids are definitively applied by various actors. You can see dramatical changes in actors’ physique in short period of time. For example, a certain actor has played a role in a film, being quite thin, then, after short period of time he plays a role with enhanced muscles. How may actors enhance their muscle mass in short time? The answer is obvious. They take anabolic steroids. But actors deny that they take performance-enhancing drugs.
Jason Momoa in “Conan the Barbarian”, Chris Hemsworth in “Thor” and Chris Evans in “Captain America: The First Avenger” induced their muscles dramatically to play certain roles. It is known that Jason Momoa induced his muscle mass by 30 pounds to play Conan. An actress, Rose McGowan, who also played in “Conan the Barabarian” noticed that Momoa achieved that results not due to steroids. Jason Momoa noticed that he wanted to correspond to a Frank Frazzeta painting without administration of steroids. It would be ideally, according to the words of this actor. But he noticed that our world and life were not ideal. Momao claimed that he had trained a lot. Furthermore, he followed a strict diet. He ate broccoli, peanut butter, yams and chicken breast continually.
As for Chris Hemsworth, he enhanced his muscle size by 20 pounds in order to play Thor. The actor confirmed that he had eaten a lot. The actor noticed that he had eaten and he seemed as if he were busy with an important thing. He noted that it had been quite difficult to eat, when he didn’t want. Moreover, the actor had to eat large amounts of food. According to his words, it was very tiring.
It is interesting to mention that Hemsworth never lifted weights before playing his role in “Thor”. Couldn’t you find this aspect unreal without intake of steroids? Nevertheless, the actor pointed out that he hadn’t used anabolic steroids.
Chris Evens also increased muscles essentially in order to play Steve Rogers in the film “Captain America: The First Avenger”. He claimed that he had enhanced muscle size because of trainings and a strict diet.
