A former professional baseball player has nightmares about steroids

The former MLB player Jose Canseco has confirmed that he experiences nightmares linked with steroids. He has confirmed that he has started to have nightmares from the time of writing his book “Juiced: Wild Times, Rampant Roids, Smash Hits and How Baseball Got Big”. The work reveled administration of steroids by some MLB players. The author has noted on his Twitter account that nightmares linked with steroids hunt him since he wrote the book. Moreover, he continues to have them till nowadays. The former professional baseball player compares them with a demon who never sleeps.
The former professional baseball player has called himself the “godfather of steroids in baseball”. He noticed in his book about application of steroids by several MLB players quite openly. This work has become a bestseller. ”The godfather of steroids in baseball” has wrote names of the players that have applied anabolic steroids. Canseco stated that he had been pushed out of professional baseball because of his book.
The former professional baseball player named such sportspersons, as Rafael Palmeiro, Ivan Rodriquez, Jason Giambi and Juan Gonzalez, claiming that they had applied steroids. He also mentioned names of Alex Rodriquez and Roger Clemens but he didn’t confirm that he had known about usage of steroids by these sportspersons directly.
The most well-known name that has been reported by Jose Canseco in his book is the name of the former professional baseball player Mark McGwire that hit 70 homeruns. Canseco claimed that McGwire had taken Deca Durabolin and Winstrol, when they played with the Oakland A’s.
Canseco noted that he had injected Mark McGwire with steroids many times in the bathrooms and in other places. He noticed that he injected McGwire before their trainings or after them.
At the beginning no one was inclined to believe that these statements were true. Mark McGwire denied usage of steroids. But later the accusations were proven. Finally Mark McGwire acknowledged that he had administered steroids and HGH. He said that Jose Canseco had described the truth.
McGwire acknowledged that he had applied prohibited preparations and he had apologized about this aspect. He noticed that he was administering them during the 90s. Later McGwire has obtained possibility to play professional baseball again. Mark McGwire was engaged as a St. Louis Cardinals’ hitting instructor.
When it comes to Jose Canseco, he hopes to receive the second chance and to return to the MLB. The “Tigres de Quintana Roo” have agreed to give the second chance. Canseco hopes that this is his step in direction to the MLB.
